Bridge Street District – Dublin, Ohio

As a City Council member and Vice Mayor of Dublin, Ohio, Rick Gerber played an integral role in the planning and development of The Bridge Street District in Dublin. Plans began in 2010, construction is fully underway today and the idea of a dense, mixed use, walkable community is becoming a reality.

“There is no other development in Central Ohio that compares to the Bridge Street District in both vision and scope, said Gerber.  “My experience in city government with the planning process of this project has proven especially helpful in helping advise my clients who are engaged in planning and zoning projects, and working with local governments to expand their businesses.”

The Bridge Street District is fueling economic development, bringing the entire community into a new, exciting era. We are happy to share the above video from the city of Dublin that shows the future of our community.
